Eyes of the Resistance: how and where to safely transmit data on the enemy

Whether free or under occupation, every Ukrainian can bring our victory closer. Become the eyes of the resistance – pass information about the enemy to the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the resistance movement. Gathering information about the movements and locations of enemy troops – equipment and people – must be done carefully to avoid putting yourself in danger. Here are the important rules:

  • Don't ask the occupiers direct questions about their troops, and don't be aggressive during conversations.
  • Take videos and photos using some kind of covering or hiding place to avoid attracting unnecessary attention. Think of a legend in advance about what you were doing at that place.
  • As soon as you send a photo or video to the Defence Forces, immediately delete it from your phone's memory. Also, immediately delete all correspondence.
  • Try not to take notes, but rather remember the information. If you need to write it down, think of a way to encrypt it, for example, in the form of a shopping or medication list.

Where to transmit information for the Ukrainian Defence Forces?

This can be done through verified chatbots on Telegram.

Chatbots for transmitting data about the enemy

The main intelligence bot https://t.me/gur_official_bota bot of the Main Intelligence Directorate; it allows sending any information about the enemy that can help the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

eVorog @evorog_bot – a bot of the Ministry of Digital Transformation; it allows you to send information about the location of Russian equipment or occupiers

Stop russian war bot @stop_russian_war_bot – is a bot of the Security Service of Ukraine that allows sending information about the movements of Russian sabotage and reconnaissance groups, Russian troops and equipment, as well as about explosive devices and equipment left by the Russian occupiers.

Find the traitor @Traitor_Search_bot  – is a bot of the Security Service of Ukraine that allows you to send information about traitors and collaborators who cooperated with the occupiers and those who "leak" important information to the enemy or spread content in support of the invaders on social media.

Eyes @eyes_ua_bot – A bot of the "Yellow Ribbon" resistance movement; it allows transmitting information about Russian crimes in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

War 2022 | Ukraine | Crimes of the occupiers | Tribunal @russian_war_tribunal_bot – a bot of the Security Service of Ukraine; it allows you to send information about the crimes of the Russian army.

The people's avenger @ukraine_avanger_bot – a bot of the cyber police of Ukraine; it allows sending data on enemy movements and marks left by the occupiers on the road

Enemy found @znaydenvorogbot – a bot of the National Police in Kharkiv region; it allows sending information about enemy movements in Kharkiv

Be careful! Before you send any information to a Telegram bot, make sure you enter the name of the chatbot correctly and send the data to the right place. Please note that the enemy is constantly creating counterfeits of official Ukrainian chatbots to steal strategic information and your personal data.

For example:

https://t.me/evorog_bot – this is the link to the real "eVorog" bot.

https://t.me/evorog_robot – this is what the link to the fake "eVorog" bot looks like.

At first glance, they look absolutely identical. However, if you take a closer look, the bot name may contain an extra letter, symbol, or some of the characters may be missing. Check the bot for authenticity using the "Botchecker" tool.

If you use a bot to transmit data, be sure to delete any traces of its use, otherwise it will be a direct threat to your safety.
