For Russian servicemen who want to voluntarily surrender, the <\/span>24-hour hotline of the \u201cI Want to Live\u201d project<\/b> operates under the Coordination Headquarters for the Treatment of Prisoners of War.<\/span><\/p>\n

Residents of temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine who want to avoid forced mobilization into occupying forces can also contact the project.<\/span><\/p>\n
